In the last boss fight, control is taken away and a cutscene starts to show new summons -- but the buzzsaw monster can still move while I'm paralyzed, and kills me during the cutscene. I haven't needed to kill the buzzsaws before so I assumed it wasn't possible, but now I'm stumped on how to get rid of the buzzsaw before the cutscene.
Interesting. Buzzsaws should not be able to move during cutscenes. So I guess there must have been a bug somewhere to cause this happen. Sorry for the issue. You are right buzzsaws cannot be killed. After each boss wave you should be able to hit boss again for next wave to initiate. Thank you for the comment!
Thanks :) I also think this concept is worth exploring further. Hotline Miami and Demon Tower were experiences that I think this was partly tribute to. There are more top-down shooters too that I have played, but with those two I had really good time, and since then been wondering could I have anything to give to the genre
